GRAP2 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 350 amino acids (1-330.a.a) and having a molecular mass of 40.0kDa. GRAP2 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
GRAP2 belongs to the GRB2/Sem5/Drk family. GRAP2 is an adaptor-like protein has a part in leukocyte-specific protein-tyrosine kinase signaling. Similar to related family member, GRB2-related adaptor protein contains an SH2 domain flanked by two SH3 domains and it interacts with other proteins, for example GRB2-associated binding protein 1 (GAB1) and the SLP-76 leukocyte protein (LCP2), throµgh its SH3 domains.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.
The GRAP2 protein solution (0.5mg/ml) is formulated in 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.2M NaCl, 5mM DTT, 1mM EDTA and 30% glycerol.
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
