Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using CETN2 antibody.
Immunofluorescence analysis of MCF7 cell using CETN2 antibody.
Immunofluorescence analysis of GFP-RNF168 transgenic U2OS cell using CETN2 antibody. Green:GFP-RNF168 fusion protein expression for DNA damage marker.Blue: DAPI for nuclear staining.RNF168(GFP) can be used to mark cells damaged by UV-A laser for they always gather around DNA damage region.
Immunofluorescence analysis of A549 cell using CETN2 antibody.
Immunofluorescence analysis of A549 cell using CETN2 antibody.
Caltractin belongs to a family of calcium-binding proteins and is a structural component of the centrosome. The high level of conservation from algae to humans and its association with the centrosome suggested that caltractin plays a fundamental role in the structure and function of the microtubule-organizing center, possibly required for the proper duplication and segregation of the centrosome.
