CDC26 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 105 amino acids (1-85 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 11.9kDa.CDC26 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
CDC26 is a member of the CDC26 family which arranges progression via mitosis by enhancing cell-cycle regulators with ubiquitin chains. CDC26 is a component of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C), which is a cell cycle-regulated E3 ubiquitin ligase which directs progression throµgh mitosis and the G1 phase of the cell cycle. The APC/C complex operates by mediating ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of target proteins.
CDC26 protein solution (1mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 40% glycerol and 0.1M NaCl.
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
