Upon reconstitution TFPI2 Human should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). | Biological Activity | The activity of the TFPI2 is expressed as the amount of trypsin inhibited per milligram of TFPI2. The ability to prevent the hydrolysis of benzoyl-Larginine ethyl ester hydrochloride by trypsin is measured by spectrophotometer. 1mg TFPI2 protein will inhibit 1-1.5 mg trypsin with activity of approximately 10,000 BAEE units per mg protein. |
